Brooke Faught DNP, WHNP-BC, MSCP, FAANP, IF, is a leading expert in women's sexual and bladder health. She founded the Women’s Institute for Sexual Health (WISH) in 2005, serving as its Director at Urology Associates in Nashville. A Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) since 2012, Brooke has contributed extensively to the field through research, publications, and lectures to national and international audiences. She has served on multiple influential boards, including the ISSWSH Executive Board and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH).

Brooke lobbied Congress and testified at the FDA hearing for flibanserin, the first FDA-approved medication for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder. Her professional achievements include multiple prestigious awards, such as the William Oxley Thompson Award, Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and Women of Influence.

She has been a practicing Nurse Practitioner since 2003 and remains a faculty member at Vanderbilt University. In 2024, she joined Pazona MD as the Director of Women's Sexual and Bladder Health.

Whitney Workman (NP)

Whitney was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Toledo. After working as an obstetrics nurse for five years, Whitney went on to get her Masters in Nursing at Tennessee State University. She has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for six years and strives to make her patients feel comfortable and supported. Outside of work, you can find Whitney eating her way through the diverse Nashville food scene and exploring new parts of the country and world with her husband.

Emma DeLuca (NP)

Emma is native to Nashville and grew up in Brentwood, Tennessee.  Emma obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Alabama. After working as a CVICU and PACU nurse for 3 years Emma went on to obtain her Masters in Nursing at Samford University. Emma truly enjoys talking and getting to know her patients on a personal level to deliver the best possible care. Outside of work, you can find Emma trying out all the new Nashville restaurants with her husband Nick. Emma also enjoys reading, going on walks, and watching sports- Roll tide! 

Ken Mitchell is a certified Physician Associate with 29 years of clinical experience overall and with over 26 years of experience in male sexual dysfunction and infertility.

Ken received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Nebraska Physician Assistant Program (1995).

Ken is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), the Urological Association of Physician Assistants (UAPA), associate member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America board member at-large for the American Society of Men’s Health (ASMH), and Section Editor for the Journal of Reviews in Urology.

Ken was inducted into the Pi Alpha Physician Assistant National Honor Society in 2016 and is the 2023 recipient of the American Urological Association (AUA) APP of the Year and the 2023-2024 Plan of Care Network (POCN) Top PA in America (Urology) recipient. Ken practices at Erlanger Urology Men’s Health & Reproductive Medicine Clinic in Chattanooga and is the Co-Founder and CEO of GUYnecology® Men’s Health Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to Men’s Health provider training, consumer education, health promotion, and research.

Kim was born in Columbus,Ohio, but lived most of her life in the southern states of Louisiana, Florida, and currently Tennessee. She has two grown children whom she is very proud of, and a new grandson who she can’t wait to be with on the weekends!   Kim is most passionate about people, and it shows in her everyday life.  Her career in customer service spans 30+ years.  She has worked as a secretary of an elementary school, a receptionist at an animal hospital and a team lead at several ob/gyn offices.  She loves to learn and grow, and says that you are never too old to learn something new or start a new adventure!  Kim is a resourceful, results-oriented professional with a lot of energy and a strong work ethic.  She is a “TEAM” player!  Her peers will tell you that she has a contagious laugh and is always smiling.  Her role at Pazona MD includes, but is not limited to, welcoming patients into the clinic, getting them checked in and ready to see the provider, performing administrative duties and handling many other office tasks.

Kacy Davenport, a proud native of Lebanon, Tennessee, has always been passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. This passion has guided her throughout her career, leading her to pursue a fulfilling path in customer service. For several years, Kacy has dedicated herself to assisting individuals with their needs. Her unwavering commitment to serving others stems from a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on her community. 

As a valued member of our team, Kacy now serves as a virtual assistant, specializing in providing exceptional support to our patients. Whether it's scheduling appointments, assisting existing patients, or answering inquiries, Kacy is always ready to lend a helping hand with a warm smile and a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Kacy cherishes spending time with her family and actively participates in her church community. She finds immense joy in her role as a customer service professional, where she can combine her passion for helping others with her eagerness to learn and grow.

Paolo Villanueva (HVA) 

Paolo is a virtual assistant from HelloRache and has been at Pazona MD since day one. When he isn't glued to the computer screen assisting the office he likes to hike, travel from place to place and partying…Just kidding! He’s entirely the opposite and prefers to watch movies, listen to music, and tries his best not to be the worst drummer among his friends. While at work he tends to help the office from behind the scenes such as setting up appointments, scribing and several administration tasks.

Melissa Seymour brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the healthcare sector. A native of Middle Tennessee, Melissa understands the community and its healthcare landscape intimately.

From clinical research to hospital management, managed care, and medical devices, she has navigated the intricate web of healthcare with finesse. For the past 17 years, Melissa has specialized in medical malpractice insurance, ensuring that healthcare providers are well-protected.

Melissa’s expertise lies in her ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-profile events, and provide strategic support to senior executives. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys live music, traveling, and spending weekends at soccer games with her two boys. Her passion for these activities reflects her vibrant personality and commitment to a balanced life.

Sunday is an amazing Healthcare Virtual Assistant. He graduated from Colegio De San Agustin-Bacolod in the Philippines in 2008. He was born and raised in Pontevedra, Negros occidental Philippines. He is currently residing in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Sunday started working with Pazona MD in November 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and watching movies/series on Netflix.
