About Us

Dr. Ashley Tapscott is an established expert in the field of Sexual Health. She is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained in Male and Female Sexual Dysfunction. Along with her work in general urology, Dr. Tapscott’s subspecialty contributions continue to be internationally recognized at many urologic and sexual medicine society meetings. An active educator, she is frequently invited to lecture to urologists and primary care physicians, as well as appearing on The Dr. Drew Pinsky Show and her YouTube channel.

Education & Training

Dr. Tapscott graduated from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007.  She completed her internship in Philadelphia and a urology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Tapscott pursued additional subspecialty training with a fellowship in Male and Female Sexual Dysfunction, Urologic Prosthetics, and Male Infertility at Cleveland Clinic.  She then developed a successful practice in Charlotte, NC for the past ten years.

Professional Societies & Research

Dr. Tapscott is proud to have been elected to the Board of Directors and Committees of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, as well as the Editorial Board of the Video Journal of Prosthetic Urology. She is an active member of the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons, the American Urological Association, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Health. She has also been published in renowned specialty journals for her research.

Ken Mitchell is a certified Physician Associate with 29 years of clinical experience overall and with over 26 years of experience in male sexual dysfunction and infertility.

Ken received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Nebraska Physician Assistant Program (1995).

Ken is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), the Urological Association of Physician Assistants (UAPA), associate member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America board member at-large for the American Society of Men’s Health (ASMH), and Section Editor for the Journal of Reviews in Urology.

Ken was inducted into the Pi Alpha Physician Assistant National Honor Society in 2016 and is the 2023 recipient of the American Urological Association (AUA) APP of the Year and the 2023-2024 Plan of Care Network (POCN) Top PA in America (Urology) recipient. Ken practices at Erlanger Urology Men’s Health & Reproductive Medicine Clinic in Chattanooga and is the Co-Founder and CEO of GUYnecology® Men’s Health Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to Men’s Health provider training, consumer education, health promotion, and research.

Melissa Seymour brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the healthcare sector. A native of Middle Tennessee, Melissa understands the community and its healthcare landscape intimately.

From clinical research to hospital management, managed care, and medical devices, she has navigated the intricate web of healthcare with finesse. For the past 17 years, Melissa has specialized in medical malpractice insurance, ensuring that healthcare providers are well-protected.

Melissa’s expertise lies in her ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-profile events, and provide strategic support to senior executives. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys live music, traveling, and spending weekends at soccer games with her two boys. Her passion for these activities reflects her vibrant personality and commitment to a balanced life.

Tawnee was born and raised in Nashville. Her passion for helping others began while in high school while observing family members working in healthcare as caregivers, and aunt as a travel RN. While working as a caregiver, Tawnee completed her training as a Medical Assistant and began working in 2012.

Her professional journey began in an Internal Medicine office where she gained valuable experience as a Medical Assistant. She later gained more knowledge in healthcare working at a Primary Care/Peds Office. After working so many years as a Medical Assistant, Tawnee began working in Accounts Receivable/Team Lead where she has 6 years of experience.

Now, as a member of our team, Tawnee serves as front office receptionist at our Nashville office and back up Medical Assistant. She is always ready behind the window with a smile to assist the patients and help any questions the patients may have. Tawnee is eager to learn, ready to help, and takes on tasks with a positive attitude. In her free time she dedicates time to her kids. Tawnee finds joy in working in healthcare to help provide efficient and quality care to our patients.

Kim was born in Columbus,Ohio, but lived most of her life in the southern states of Louisiana, Florida, and currently Tennessee. She has two grown children whom she is very proud of, and a new grandson who she can’t wait to be with on the weekends!   Kim is most passionate about people, and it shows in her everyday life.  Her career in customer service spans 30+ years.  She has worked as a secretary of an elementary school, a receptionist at an animal hospital and a team lead at several ob/gyn offices.  She loves to learn and grow, and says that you are never too old to learn something new or start a new adventure!  Kim is a resourceful, results-oriented professional with a lot of energy and a strong work ethic.  She is a “TEAM” player!  Her peers will tell you that she has a contagious laugh and is always smiling.  Her role at Pazona MD includes, but is not limited to, welcoming patients into the clinic, getting them checked in and ready to see the provider, performing administrative duties and handling many other office tasks.

Whitney Workman (NP)

Whitney was born and raised in Akron, Ohio and obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Toledo. After working as an obstetrics nurse for five years, Whitney went on to get her Masters in Nursing at Tennessee State University. She has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for six years and strives to make her patients feel comfortable and supported. Outside of work, you can find Whitney eating her way through the diverse Nashville food scene and exploring new parts of the country and world with her husband.

Michelle Ross (PA-C)

Specializing in Urology since 2010, meet Michelle. A proud Army veteran, Michelle initially enlisted straight off the family farm in Bristol, Illinois at the age of 17. From the rank of Private to Sergeant, she enjoyed assignments across the country before being accepted into the inaugural Interservice Physician Assistant Program. Upon graduation, she became a commissioned officer and a board certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) serving as an Army PA and then in a civilian PA capacity for the Army - all told for 23 years. She lives in Clarksville, Tennessee where she enjoys spending time with local family and friends as well as discovering new foods, craft distilleries and breweries. Still an adventurous spirit, Michelle also enjoys exploring the world and traveling at every opportunity. You might even find her at a dropzone or out at the shooting range on occasion, when she isn’t walking out on the Greenway or around downtown Clarksville.

Emma DeLuca (NP)

Emma is native to Nashville and grew up in Brentwood, Tennessee.  Emma obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Alabama. After working as a CVICU and PACU nurse for 3 years Emma went on to obtain her Masters in Nursing at Samford University. Emma truly enjoys talking and getting to know her patients on a personal level to deliver the best possible care. Outside of work, you can find Emma trying out all the new Nashville restaurants with her husband Nick. Emma also enjoys reading, going on walks, and watching sports- Roll tide! 

Sunday is an amazing Healthcare Virtual Assistant. He graduated from Colegio De San Agustin-Bacolod in the Philippines in 2008. He was born and raised in Pontevedra, Negros occidental Philippines. He is currently residing in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Sunday started working with Pazona MD in November 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and watching movies/series on Netflix.

Laura Peterson (Surgery Scheduler)

Laura, a Western Kentucky University graduate, joined our team in January 2022 as a Surgery Scheduler. Laura's goal is to provide 5 star service to every patient she speaks to. She says "I want each patient to feel heard, have the time to ask questions, and feel they have gotten excellent care. Surgery can be a scary thing for some and I want to do my part to ease their fear by making sure they have every detail needed." She enjoys spending time with her husband and children and her favorite place is the beach.

Princess Elizabien Ranin (HVA)

Princess is a very reliable Healthcare Virtual Assistant, a fast learner and definitely a kind of nurse that can work under pressure. Goal-oriented and Focused.She takes pride in always completing the task that was assigned to her on time and with accuracy. For her, skills will be nothing without consistency and dedication. A respectful and honest individual who knows how to listen and accept constructive criticism with an open heart. She motivates herself to work harder for she believes that learning is an unending process.

Paolo Villanueva (HVA) 

Paolo is a virtual assistant from HelloRache and has been at Pazona MD since day one. When he isn't glued to the computer screen assisting the office he likes to hike, travel from place to place and partying…Just kidding! He’s entirely the opposite and prefers to watch movies, listen to music, and tries his best not to be the worst drummer among his friends. While at work he tends to help the office from behind the scenes such as setting up appointments, scribing and several administration tasks.

Born and raised in the city that never sleeps New York City! Daniela's early passion for helping others started in middle school which led her to volunteer in daycares and nursing homes during school breaks. Guided by this calling, she pursued a fulfilling career in the medical field, graduating as a certified medical assistant in 2013.

Her professional journey began in a primary care/neurology office where she gained valuable knowledge and experience as a medical/administrative assistant. Soon after Daniela began working in New York Presbyterian Columbia Hospital in the Urology department for 6 years working alongside over 13 physicians.

Now, as a member of our team, Daniela serves as a virtual assistant, specializing in new patient and referral coordination. She is always ready behind the phone with a smile to answer your calls and facilitate your appointment. As a American-Latina, she is fluent in English and Spanish which brings a valuable asset in assisting our Spanish-speaking patients. Daniela is eager to learn, ready to help, and takes on tasks with a positive attitude. In her free time she dedicates time to her business ventures and prioritizes spending quality time with her family. Daniela finds joy working in healthcare. She is currently on the path to obtaining another license in the field.

Kacy Davenport, a proud native of Lebanon, Tennessee, has always been passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. This passion has guided her throughout her career, leading her to pursue a fulfilling path in customer service. For several years, Kacy has dedicated herself to assisting individuals with their needs. Her unwavering commitment to serving others stems from a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on her community. 

As a valued member of our team, Kacy now serves as a virtual assistant, specializing in providing exceptional support to our patients. Whether it's scheduling appointments, assisting existing patients, or answering inquiries, Kacy is always ready to lend a helping hand with a warm smile and a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Kacy cherishes spending time with her family and actively participates in her church community. She finds immense joy in her role as a customer service professional, where she can combine her passion for helping others with her eagerness to learn and grow.
