SoundWave Therapy

Find out how we can help get you back in the saddle again.

About the Program

Are you unhappy with your ability to achieve or maintain an erection? You’re not alone. By age 50, up to 50% of men have some degree of erectile dysfunction (a.k.a. “ED”) can be caused by:

  • Stress or anxiety
  • Low male hormone (testosterone) levels
  • Medications
  • Previous surgeries or treatments (e.g. prostate cancer surgery)

However, the most common cause of ED is atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries. This is the same condition that can lead to heart attacks or strokes. The good news is that Dr. Pazona specializes in the treatment of erectile dysfunction including state-of-the-art rejuvenation therapies. You don’t just want a pill. You want answers. You want a cure.

We are now offering two revolutionary new solutions for erectile dysfunction that provide our ED patients long-term results and spontaneity without the use of drugs, surgery, implants or accessories.

What is SoundWave Therapy?

SoundWave Therapy (also known as acoustic wave therapy) is a non-invasive medical treatment that is performed using a device that uses acoustic sound waves to treat ED on a cellular level allowing for natural, spontaneous erections.

  • Over 85% effective
  • Long-term results
  • Allows for spontaneity
  • Non-invasive
  • Over 85% effective
  • Helps 70% of non-responders to Viagra and Cialis
  • No risks or side effects
  • No downtime, no drugs

How it Works

Using a painless delivery system in the office, sound waves break up plaque and blockages within the tissues of the penis and perineum. New blood vessels are created by stimulating the body’s natural healing system. This increases blood flow and improves performance.

We are currently utilizing soundwave therapy for ED patients and they are experiencing unprecedented, long-term results and significantly improving the quality of their life.

  • Stronger, firmer erections
  • Easier to achieve and maintain erections
  • Increased penile length and girth
  • Improvement in penile curvature from Peyronie’s Disease
  • Resolution of penile pain with erection
  • Increased sensitivity in the penis

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the PMD Shot the Same Thing as Penile Injections?

No. Penile injections such as TriMix or alprostadil are shots that produce an erection for a brief period of time. They must be given every time you wish to have an erection. The PMD Shot is a treatment that restores and enhances your natural erections.

How Is PRP for the PMD Shot Acquired?

60 ml of your blood is drawn in the office at the time of the procedure. Your blood is then spun in a specially designed machine which separates the platelets and plasma from the rest of the blood. The platelets are isolated and then injected back into the penis in two locations. Along with numbing cream on the penis, laughing gas or nitrous oxide can be used, so there is no pain.

Other doctors offer “P-Shots”. What makes the PMD shot different?

Many providers that offer the “P-shot” are not specialists. As an experienced, board-certified urologist, Dr. Pazona has a level of expertise in treating erectile dysfunction that other doctors cannot provide. At Pazona MD we offer an entire menu of treatment options for ED. Together we can decide if the PMD shot is right for you.

We also use the highest quality of equipment and extraction kits. Many other PRP systems fall short of delivering a final injectable that can be considered platelet-rich. If you are going to have a PRP injection, you deserve the best equipment to give you the highest quality product and maximize your success.
