How We Do It

Dietary Counseling:

  • Eating schedule – Time-restricted eating, 16/8 schedule, eat meals during an 8-hour window, fast for 16 hours
  • Food education – Discuss which foods provide you with the most fuel along with foods that should be reserved for “treat days”
  • Food journaling 
  • Delicious recipes 

Weight Loss Medication (Semaglutide):

  • You will be given a prescription weight loss medication: Semaglutide + Levocarnitine

Mindfulness and Stress Management:

  • Set healthy boundaries for yourself, such as developing a healthy work-life balance, re-charging on your time off

Exercise Program:

  • We will provide you with an exercise program that is attainable for your activity level and can be modified to fit your specific needs
